Admin & Co is a premium OBM+VA Australian Based team support agency.
We didn't start out this way ... but I soon realised as a solo operator business, I was not going to be able to deliver the level of service I was seeing our Clients needing from me.
So this is where the OBM+VA model was born.
Every client working with us gets the support of an OBM and VA team working collaboratively with you to get you to the next level in your business.
We have the ability to scale support hours when needed, have a backup team member in times of leave trained in the background by us to learn your support, and have access to skilled specialist support as and when needed. We are your one-stop resources shop!
Many great minds think alike and we as a full team meet weekly to check in on all our client's current needs, future work, and what is needed to deliver the service.
Our team is a mix of employees and contractors whom are experienced support specialists needing to meet key foundation skills and pass skills testing to get a seat at our table.
Feedback from clients on why a VA relationship has not worked for them in the past has been that the provider has limited hours, became unwell with no backup support, became too busy and work was not being managed or produced on time, VA wasn't in the job for the right reasons and stopped working or even ghosted!
All Clients working with us have a Client Handbook/SOP Manual developed for them so at any point in time any team member can support when.
LEE DOHERTY
Chief Online Business Manager/CEO and Founder
is a senior administration professional with career positions held in various high-level administrative management roles from banking and finance, real estate, accounting and advisory to retail and wholesale.
After having a period of illness that forced her to walk away and ‘contemplate life’ the idea was to create a business that allowed a flexible work/life balance that past 9-5 corporate employment positions would not… and Admin & Co. was born.
Lee has completed tertiary diploma studies in Management and Human Resource Management (after thinking leaving high school in year 11 was a great idea) all while working part time and juggling three small kids. She is a firm believer we can’t have it all… we can but not all at once.
When not running the admin in Admin & Co, Lee is a netball tragic in her spare time, lives out in the ‘burbs in Armstrong Creek Geelong Vic with husband Jaso and three kidult girls, Mr Winston the designer chiuwollie dog, as well as being the main income stream for various drive through coffee establishments in the region.

Corrina is proactive and solution-focused, loves open communication with clients, and has a high level of EA/PA type support skills which comes from loads of practical experience.
