→ I’ll lead the strategy and execution, but this is still a partnership. You’ll approve plans, give feedback, and be available for scheduled calls/check-ins — without needing to manage the process.
→ Strategic planning, team communications, systems clean-up, SOP development, PM dashboarding — I focus where the business needs it most. I’ll track and communicate what’s happening each week.
→ Yes but subject to availability. If we’re in flow and results are strong, we can discuss extending on a rolling monthly basis — or transitioning into a lighter support model like Advisory.
